In executing this mission, Beacon's executive team seeks prospective, private development and growth-stage companies that need access to capital and managerial resources to achieve enhanced growth.
Once a potential opportunity is identified, Beacon's Board initiates negotiations and a comprehensive due diligence process. If an agreement can be reached, the private company and Beacon merge in what is known as a Qualifying Transaction (QT).
